# Report fields and limits Users counts use `accountEnabled` and `userType`. Optional sign-in activity compares the last sign-in timestamp to the UTC instant N days before the report. Accounts without a timestamp are not asserted inactive. lastSignInDateTime describes an attempted sign-in, not proof of successful activity or inactivity. Licenses use subscribed SKU prepaid enabled units, consumed units and each user's assigned SKU list. App and service principal password and key credentials are included when their expiry date is today or within N calendar days, including already expired credentials. Roles use activated directory roles and members for the named privileged roles. Guests show name, UPN and creation timestamp. Microsoft Graph can withhold or omit fields according to permissions and tenant data. An HTTP 403 on the optional sign-in query is a skipped note. A failed required query makes the report incomplete. The tool does not mutate remote resources. Remote paths reject dot segments, controls and encoded slash or backslash within a segment before requests. By Zero Width Lab (zerowidthlab.com)
